Industrial washing is a system that washes automatically small and medium sized mechanical parts. Washing is carried out by means of the upper, lower and side jets, the basket slow rotation is ensured via a gearmotor.
Current models are equipped with a new digital control system DGT, which improves and enhances their performance.

The new pipes are made of stainless steel and laser-drilled. The pipe diameter has been increased to reduse load and pressure losses. The pipe of stainless steel is also much more resistant to certain chemical substances than other materials.
Replacing the nozzles screwed into the pipe with nozzles made by laser drilling, we reduced the formation of encrustations that formed in the intersections between pipes, nozzles and fittings. The new (ogive) fittings allow you to disassemble the pipes quickly to carry out maintenance and cleaning operations.
The new pump connection

Pump connection has been completely revised and improved, thanks to the use of flanged pipes made of stainless steel. Thanks to a greated cross-section area and curves witch greater radius, load losses are reduced with a consequent increase of the washing pressure. Maintenance of the pump has been greatly simplified thank to the flanges that join the various elements.
The new basket

The new basket, while maintaining interchangeability with the old one, has been completely revised. Rack profiles has been modified to improve the fluidity of the transmission and therefore the rotation of the basket. The bearing pack has been replaced with a new antifriction system of higher resistance, which requires neither maintenance nor lubrication. The diameter of the steel wire was also increased to obtain a greater load resistance.
